If you did not receive an item(s) in your shipment, please check your order status page (link in your order/shipment confirmation email) to see if it is listed as being part of your shipment or if it shows as out of stock (underneath tracking link).
Example of out of stock item on Order Status Page:
If an item ended up being out of stock, it will be removed from your order and you will not be charged for it in the final credit card charge.
If the item in question is showing as fulfilled and part of the shipment, please reach out to our customer service team in order to help resolve the issue.
