If you need to make a change to an order after it's placed, please contact us with your order # and full request.
As long as the order is not too far along in processing or has already shipped, we can:
- Change a product size (if available)
- Change the shipping address
- Remove an item from the order
We are not able to:
- Make price adjustments or add a discount code
- Substitute an item for a different product
- Change the shipping method.
For these requests we'll need to cancel the order so you can replace it. We also offer free returns/exchanges in case the order is too far along in processing or has already shipped.
